German shares rebound, up 1.39 pct

FRANKFURT, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- German shares rebounded from Friday's selloff. The DAX index rose on Monday, with the benchmark up 210.81 points, or 1.39 percent, to close at 15,380.79 points.

Aircraft engine manufacturer MTU Aero won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 5.38 percent. European multinational aerospace corporation Airbus and Deutsche Bank gained by 4.22 percent and 4.02 percent respectively.

Laboratory equipment supplier Sartorius, meal-kit company HelloFresh and European multinational online food-delivery service Delivery Hero were the top three losers, down by 3.60 percent, 2.70 percent and 2.59 percent respectively.

Multinational software corporation SAP was the most-traded share, with a turnover of 286.08 million euros (322.88 million U.S. dollars).

China's Haier, a leading global household appliances manufacturer listed in Frankfurt in 2018, rose 1.35 percent to close at 1.520 euros per share.
